Privacy notice

TITAN Sales stores your account details, board settings, uploaded logos and skins, goals, tasks, sales entries, support requests, and subscription status to provide your personal scoreboard.

If you connect a spreadsheet, TITAN reads the worksheets and columns you select and stores mapped dates and KPI values. Connection credentials are encrypted on the server. Disconnecting stops that connection; imported sales entries remain until you delete them or request account deletion.

Lovable and Supabase provide hosting, authentication, database, and storage services. Stripe processes payments; TITAN does not store full payment card numbers. Google or Microsoft process sign-in and spreadsheet connections when you choose those services. Optional Spotify features use Spotify.

DAX sends your messages and relevant board information to OpenAI to answer questions and perform requested actions. Business logo attachments are processed separately from model messages. Avoid including customer personal information, passwords, or other sensitive data in DAX or support messages.

Location access is optional. If you allow local weather, coordinates are used to request weather information from the National Weather Service. Your browser uses local storage for preferences and authentication. Google Fonts provides the app fonts.

Your account data and uploaded custom skins are restricted to your account, with operational access for service administration and support. Canceling billing does not delete sales history. You can export your sales entries in Settings → Account & Support and submit a deletion request there or by email. Deletion is manually reviewed; payment records may be retained where required.
